Established in 1978 by Nami ÖZDEMİR to produce metal parts for Commercial Type Refrigerators, the company gained Limited Company status in 1995 and replaced it in the industrial site with a larger area in Pendik. Following the developments and changes in the sector and in the world, it has developed its machine park and moved to its current factory in 2004 and became a facility that can meet the needs of many sectors such as White Goods, Heating & Cooling and Electronics. It has a capacity to produce 2500 tons of flat steel parts annually, and has a structure capable of turning raw materials into products, including machinery, powder coating unit, welding and assembly tape.  

In order to further strengthen this structure, a young and dynamic staff has been established, implementing international management systems with ISO 9001 and other integrated systems.
